We overheard that this property might be closing by the end of the year. We feel like we got a deal staying so close to the water for the price we paid and maybe that's why. But staff was really nice. Free breakfast was a lot more generous than most places. I was not aware ahead of time that they charge for parking but with the location it makes sense.

Great Value

The room was what I expected. Clean and quiet. The pool and spa was beautiful and they provided towels. My friend was very comfortable in her bed, but I was not so comfortable. Breakfast ended earlier than we expected, but it was our fault for not checking the hours. Overall it was a great value to be on the marina and so close to Doherty State Beach.

We arrived and checked in. There is a fee of $70 cleaning deposit for my pomeranian as well as a $30 fee for Dog. The rooms are old, I found dirt and a couple pills under the Bed ( glad i looked, my Dog could have chewed them. Place had urine stains from previous Dogs that stayed. Breakfast complimentary however Coffee was gone, there were homeless back by the marina. Then we went to use the jacuzzi, 3 underaged girls drinking beer and red bull.we won't ever return. Even if room was complimentary.

Nice people and an adequate facility, but we had to change rooms twice to find one with an AC that didn’t expel a nasty smell. Some furniture was on its last legs (bed was comfortable, pillows were hard).

the property is in a great location. the staff is kind and available. the hotel is clean. I think the biggest Draw back is that it is an old outdated property and the quality of the comforts are low- bad shower head with low pressure, poor quality products, towels, linens, hard/crinkly mattress, etc. If they could at least update these aspects even in an older building, especially for the price, it would really enhance the experience.
