The rooms are in serious need of sound proofing. You are able to hear everything and everyone in the next room and hallways. There was also a loud sound emanating from the bedroom windows and walls. All night droning on and on. The heating and AC system did not work at all. The restaurant in the hotel served below average food for the price. However, the fireplace and seating in the lobby was top notch! Overall, the hotel is not worth the price.

The room was clean and there was plenty of heat and hot water for showering, so the room met the basic requirements for an overnight stay. Lighting in the bathroom was good for my wife to put her makeup on, but lighting in the rest of the suite was dim and one lamp in the bedroom was nonfunctional.

The hotel itself has a large lobby with a fireplace which was nice. However the carpets in all areas of the hotel except the lobby are very worn and stained. Just changing the carpet would make this hotel look 100% better and feel cleaner and refreshed. Also, the front desk staff was kind of rude.
