The first night our heating was making a very loud banging noise all night and we couldnt sleep. Notified the front desk and they assured us it was fixed. It wasnt. As soon as we turned the heat on again it still did it. Had to pack up everything and switch rooms. The beds were very uncomfortable and small for two people.

Pool guy was really rude. He came to bother us telling us to leave because we already check out. I mean really? Ridiculous. Breakfast was not good at all. The same thing 3 days in a row. Such a bad experience!! Will not recommend and will not come back. Shame on them!!

Mattress was horrible, worn, and had huge dip in the middle. Should have been replaced years ago. Was awakened during the night by pain in back, neck, and shoulders from it. No one at front desk @ 2am to attempt to get some Tylenol. Tried again after 4am and was able to pay $5 for 6 Tylenol. Was intending a quick, comfortable stay. Didn't happen.

Staff was extremely friendly, the room was clean but did have a stale cigarette smell even though it says no smoking. I chose this hotel specifically for the heated pool but it definitely was not warm at all. Besides the pool though, the bed was comfortable and again the staff was very friendly. I'd return to the hotel again if I don't need a warm pool lol
