Wonderful location and beautiful views from this second floor condominium nestled on Bayou Heron. Sleeping eight, this three bedroom, two and a half bath condo has your choice of elevator or stair entry and expansive waterfront views from its top floor location. Families will love the canal front POOL at Bayou Heron and boaters will love the boat dock with protected canal dockage. This unit is also within easy walking distance of the Blue Heron Park kayak launch, public Gulf Beach, restaurants, gift shops and more!
Attractive and comfortable, this condo has everything you’ll need. Enjoy a well-stocked kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and blender. The master bedroom has waterfront views, a King bed, TV with ROKU, private bath with garden tub, separate shower and double vanity. The second and third bedrooms each have a Queen bad and are connected to the second full bath with combination shower and tub. A half bath is located just off the front entry for your convenience. The living area is equipped with a sofa-bed, ROKU and has a lovely North West waterfront view with doors exiting onto the large corner open deck.
Access this second floor condo using the common ELEVATOR or central stairs. A common grill is provided on the ground floor for use, no private grills are allowed. Bayou Heron Condo rules must be followed. Maximum of 2 vehicles and facility occupancy including any daytime visitors is limited to 8 persons total. Perfect place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is comfortable and spacious and the view of the marsh from the master bedroom and the wrap-around deck is spectacular! We enjoyed using one of the kayaks (we brought one from home as well). The kayak launch is literally next to the condo, so it is very easy to put the kayaks into the water and take them out afterwards. We are bird watchers, and the condo is centrally located to beaches and other birding hotspots. The second floor deck also gives a wonderful vantage point for spotting birds in the marsh. The kitchen is well-equipped, but I did bring my own cookie sheet and electric frying pan for making meals. We enjoyed swimming in the pool every day! We would highly recommend this condo. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Location

I cannot praise this place enough. The pictures do not do it justice. Beautiful water view for sunrise and sunset. Loved being able to watch our kids kayak around the little beach islands. You can walk (or bike) to several places around us. Our kids were so excited they had kayaks and bikes. We went during a colder week (first week in March), and still thoroughly enjoyed the stay with fishing, kayaking, biking, and just the view. Also, bigger condo than what I thought (looking at pictures).One more thing, they provided little things that other condos don’t always have on hand (laundry detergents, trash bags, dish soap, ziplock bags, etc.). It was just super helpful. Owner also communicated well.Would definitely stay again. We are from Fairhope so this was just a long/ local weekend getaway for our family, but I had no idea how much we would enjoy it.

Can’t beat the view

This was our first time at Dauphin Island - the condo had amazing views from the massive deck!! The unit itself was very nice but had some ceiling damage, perhaps from a recent roof leak from a storm? The bed was comfortable and the master bedroom views were also grand!The priory has an elevator and that was nice but the elevator and stairs leading to the unit were very dirty

Perfect location

This condo was fantastic! Amazing views, beautiful sunsets, and all the amenities you might need. Walking distance to the public beach (bring flashlights at night as there is almost zero light on the beach if you are there after dark), great pool, great fishing.

Great condo and location!

We had a great 11 night stay. The condo is very roomy and well stocked. The location is wonderful-on the bayou and across the street from the gulf beach. Nice to have coffee on the lovely balcony and watch the spectacular birds! Thank you for a relaxing stay!!

We chose this property because it was priced right for our needs. We didn’t spend much time here other than a place to sleep and eat breakfast. I think once the construction on the patio is complete and the excess furniture is moved out it will be a very nice place. Overall it worked well for us.

DI is a great Vacay even on a holiday weekend. Beach access requires $10. Very secure. Owners of other condos friendly and concerned. Updating the VRBO to say balconies unavailable would be helpful.

Girls trip 2023

It had been 4 years since our last girls trip and no one had ever been to Dauphin island, a few had never heard of it! We had a blast! The location of the condo was fantastic and the condo met our needs! We were sad we couldn’t access the balconies with the fabulous views.
