Wonderful location and beautiful views from this second floor condominium nestled on Bayou Heron. Sleeping eight, this three bedroom, two and a half bath condo has your choice of elevator or stair entry and expansive waterfront views from its top floor location. Families will love the canal front POOL at Bayou Heron and boaters will love the boat dock with protected canal dockage. This unit is also within easy walking distance of the Blue Heron Park kayak launch, public Gulf Beach, restaurants, gift shops and more!
Attractive and comfortable, this condo has everything you’ll need. Enjoy a well-stocked kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and blender. The master bedroom has waterfront views, a King bed, TV with ROKU, private bath with garden tub, separate shower and double vanity. The second and third bedrooms each have a Queen bad and are connected to the second full bath with combination shower and tub. A half bath is located just off the front entry for your convenience. The living area is equipped with a sofa-bed, ROKU and has a lovely North West waterfront view with doors exiting onto the large corner open deck.
Access this second floor condo using the common ELEVATOR or central stairs. A common grill is provided on the ground floor for use, no private grills are allowed. Bayou Heron Condo rules must be followed. Maximum of 2 vehicles and facility occupancy including any daytime visitors is limited to 8 persons total. Our family enjoyed the condo so much. Perfect size for us, it was in a great location so we could walk to alot of things. We had the pool to ourselves all week, and we took the kayaks out throughout the week also. Great time overall!

Enjoyed the stay. Balcony was on the sunny side in the afternoons but could relax outside in the parking area. Loved the pier, though short and mostly for docking boats. Crabbing was good.

This condo was fantastic! Amazing views, beautiful sunsets, and all the amenities you might need. Walking distance to the public beach (bring flashlights at night as there is almost zero light on the beach if you are there after dark), great pool, great fishing.

Great condo and location!

We had a great 11 night stay. The condo is very roomy and well stocked. The location is wonderful-on the bayou and across the street from the gulf beach. Nice to have coffee on the lovely balcony and watch the spectacular birds! Thank you for a relaxing stay!!
