Great help from Rochelle and Kelly when due to winter storm assisted in extending our stay and then correcting a double booking made in error by Expedia. Our King room was very clean and comfortable. The meals at the Bistro were excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

Room was fine. Staff was friendly. We had a large family reunion so gathering area was very nice. However both nights bar area was closed due to no bartender. We had chosen this plsce for this amenity. Also no complimentary breakfast.. not even a light continental breakfast That was disappointing.

The room was clean, beds very comfortable. The only downside was there was 2 carts to take your luggage up at checkin. With as much business as you conduct, you definitely need more carts for check in.

The mattresses in both rooms were terrible. Mine felt with mush with no support. My friend complained about a lumpy mattress. This is a major disappointment, since I selected a Courtyard hotel due to an excellent sleeping experience at a hotel in Columbus IN. Other than the mattresses, the hotel was nice.
