This place is a dump! I got there after a long day driving, and had booked a room in advance, but they told me there were no rooms, even though I had pre-paid. They finally managed to find one, but they also didn't seem to understand the software or the general operations. They kept blaming a co-worker, bad-mouthing her to me. Then, the one room they had was a bit shabby, with a ripped shade that let in light. In the morning, the shower never got warm at all, so I had to shower cold. And then the first floor hallway had a number of garbage cans out, catching dripping water from the ceiling. The place is surrounded by a number of other hotels I should have picked, so don't pick this one!

Check in was incredibly easy and staff were friendly. Lots of restaurants and shoppers nearby. Room was clean and well stocked. We could hear loud noises in hall, but room stayed quiet. This was a nice, relaxing stay.

Well the hot water did not work on the 1st floor and the kids on the 4th floor made soooo much noise that we couldn’t sleep! The staff did offer to move us to another room which would have been the 2nd time moving, but it was my last night there so I stayed and left early that next morning.
