The charged me $100 deposit upon check in that wasn’t mentioned when I booked. $8 for parking. Hotel was outdated, bathroom smelled like mold, I had 3 roaches in my room wasn’t there a good hour, I asked for a refund they would not refund me. I do not recommend this hotel at all!

The room was pretty nice and we had a great view. The service was also good. The only downside was the very strong smell in the hallways, and a bit in our room as well. The description said the pool was heated, but it was ice cold. Overall, it was a decent stay, and I would rate it a 3/5.

We had no problème with the room and the staff were very nice. IT sad that the employé add to work with infrastructure that needs a lot of rénovation. The avertissement for the hotel were not realistic.

To start with checking in was like pulling teeth .. painfully slow with outdated systems not working. Still using paper sign and initials that are printed in another room. Surprise there's no a parking charge because they want to call themselves a resort .. nothing resort about the place other than location. Complete failure on remodeling of the rooms. Replacing the refrigerator / freezer with a wine cooler was big mistake for people vacationing, and the microwave, OMG you have to be 3' tall to first find it hidden low in the back of a cabinet .. bring your kids or knee pads if you want to warm something up. The bathroom, already had mold and the metal drain in the shower is quite loud as water hits it. Light switch when walking in the rooms at night are not connected to anything .. leave your lights on all day if you want to enter safely. Going back to check in, they make you initial a piece of paper with all the prices of everything in your room, should you decide to steal anything, that's really low budget and since half the towels are stained or on the verge of having worn through areas it's highly unlikely that anyone has worse at home. The bath towels should be larger and of better quality. Last but not least, the ice machines. First , Second, Third and Fourth floor , don't work.. an employee on the way back from 7 / Eleven across the street (getting ice) tells me that the 5th floor has a working ice machine. Was rolling my eyes as I carried a bought bag of ice

Great staff! Sajid (might be wrong spelling) checked us in pleasantly with no issues & Tom was fantastic. Tom is a hard worker & has the sweetest personality & is an asset to any company. Room was wonderful. I was very happy with the stay and will stay there again.

Toilet don't work It smelled awful there Had to go lobby to use the bathroom. Refrigerator didn't work, had to run floor to floor to get ice to keep the food from spoiling. Management said they'd fix it or move me to another room. None of these requests were met. Horrible end to my vacation. Thank you but I'll never be back
