Horrible experience/ dirty

This hotel is extremely dirty and loud. I traveled for work and could not get any sleep the first night so I complained to the front desk and checked out based on the horrible experience. They refused to give me a refund. I will never stay here again and I would not recommend it.

Had no tv whent to ask if they could chang batteries it remote was told nobody will come to room never showed asked again still never came. There also no wifi like Advertised and the noise was unbearable from jumping upstairs To the loud music that sounds like rave music and when told the front desk nothing was done. Very bad experience will never use again

Front desk great, housekeeping needs housekeeping

Starting with front desk, the employees working the front desk were so friendly and helpful. So friendly I feel bad for saying what I feel obligated to say. This property has so much potential, I understand it's difficult to find employees who want to work in the housekeeping department, but for the love of God this is ultimately the filthiest place I've ever seen. At first sight, it looked okay, do not believe the pics online. The bedding still had pubic hair on it, and stains. The floor was so bad it was impossible to mop it.iterally mudd came off the floor, and I didn't think FL had any but sand. The toilet had urine behind it, and more pubic hair on it. Shower curtain moldy at the bottom, a/c filters gross! And tiny slivers of glass all over the floor. This room is a total health hazard. I was looking forward to the pool, but the room pretty much told the condition looks can be deceiving.

Not worth it.

This property is not worth staying at. It looks nothing like the photos. The shower was missing knobs, the mini fridge has rust on the outside and water pooling on the inside and the bed was not comfortable. The room was old and not very clean. We left the next morning. We only stayed the one night because we got in so late. We wiped down everything and it still was not clean.

Below standard.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall the building is very run down. It looks like they are renovating some rooms. My bath tub had blue paint spilled in it. Parking lot was dirty, windows filthy, dumpster overflowing. No elevator. No one cleaned or made up my bed. I would not go back or even recommend it to anyone. For the price it was not good.

They woke my husband up at 9:30pm and told him he was in the room illegally and that we didn’t have a reservation. We clearly did but they failed to actually check us in when they gave us the room keys. Very unprofessional all around. The pool closed at 7pm which is quite early and they stand there and wait for everyone to leave. The rooms are dirty and very rundown.

The lobby was gross. It was not only out dated but super messy, just nasty. We walked outside and a shirtless tattoo guy was having a conversation on the balcony regarding prison stays and other things that should not be talked about AT ALL, especially in public. The room was disgusting. The floors were so dirty, we wore shoes. I paid not only the $135 for the night but there’s a hold on my card for $105 as well. I honestly don’t know why this place is still in business.

In desperate need of remodeling. Old furniture, stained upholstery, pain on floors, broken and missing tiles in bathroom, some outlets and lamps didn’t work, roach in sink area, old toilet with low and small seat that whistled 24/7, back on batteries on remote missing, filth in corners where walls meet floors.
