The view has beautiful, front desk very good, manager was wonderful, but everthing in the room was really old and ugly. They need to upgrade those rooms. cleanness not that good. Its such a beautiful location they should do something about it.

No bang for the buck.

Not as expected by advertising. Rooms a bit dated. Pool was small and overcrowded by kids so that it was unusuable all day and most of the evening. Even the hot tub was dominated by the same group of kids. There was no management to organize such a large group. Many other guests were upset at pool side as they wanted to get in but coukd not as the games were loud and splashing. No respect for others, so 2 families stole the pool from all other guests. The tikki bar was closed. Was able to get in hot tub after hours but got thrown out eventually as it was past 10pm. We didnt stay the night, disappointed for a $240 room. Much better places for same or $20-$30 more with more modern rooms and huge pools or multiple pools with poolside restaurants open very late. But i will say staff are friendly.

First of all, the first night we were there. We got into our room, realized the phone didn't work. There was no hot water for showers. And it was really rather dirty and worn down period the air condition didn't want to work properly in our room. When we talk to the front desk, they tried to put us in a different room, but we went to that room and it was disgusting. We're like we will just open the sliding glass door and try and deal with it. They did send somebody up from maintenance to try and work on the shower. However, they just said, run the water a lot longer and it should work. The telephone never got hooked up. Why we were there? My friend ended up needing 911. And there we had to run downstairs to get the front dust to call for help. All in all, I would say, it was a really rather Sad experience, especially when you rent a room at 1 hotel. Expecting something else and end up going 2 hotel, 3 hotels down to spend days at their pool and hang out with their friends. In a clean safe environment, I would give this hotel a one overall needs to definitely revamp.

I expected better

It’s OK for being an over hotel. The bathroom has flaws like shower curtain isn’t long enough so all the water goes underneath it and collects in the middle of the bathroom, showerhead and shower liver you could see where the old one was and they moved a foot to the right. The beds were super springy/spongy & the breakfast made me feel like we’re still living in Covid era and there really wasn’t much to go on. The pictures on the website look better than when you see with the naked eye

Not the greatest…

Was just alright. Probably wouldn’t stay again. Made several complaints while I was there, including strong odors of smoking in the halls, and once I had to leave my room because the neighbors were smoking and it was so strong it triggered my asthma. Management DID take care of the situation, however, and aired out my room. On my last day there, I killed a couple roaches, so that was enough to say I won’t go back.

Really like this place. Right on the beach. Have stayed here before. This time the room could have used a better cleaning including under bed and around the dresser. Still enjoyed it and would stay again

Was not as shown on the website. Tiki bar was not operating. Hot tub never cleaned the 3 days we were there. Charged us one price for one day and then up the price for the remaining days. Do not recommend. Unless these things don't bother you. No restaurant on site.

Pleasantly Surprised

We were a little leary booking after reading some reviews on other sites, but our room looked to have been recently remodeled. The hot tub did heater did not work day 1, but maintenance got it fixed and it was great after that. The hotel isnt massive so there was not long waits for elevators and the beach wasnt very crowded behind the hotel. We got a ocean view and it was phenomenal! Breakfast is not amazing, but we arent early morning people so some yogurt and pastries worked great for us as well.
