This property was absolutely terrible, was nothing like the photos. I called the hotel 20 times to try and get on the phone with them to discuss my arrival and never heard anything or an answer. Upon arrival staff was extremely rude. hotel was extremely outdated, shower barely drained and toilet barely flushed. Staff came to clean room and left sand all over the floor. Breakfast was horrible as well. I would never recommend staying here and was not worth my time and money.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. My only complaint is the handicap beach access was not available as advertised so I had to drive to the beach every time I wanted to go. I was told by the staff that the gate to the ramp was locked to keep people from coming into the pool area, but the gate from the beach to the stairs that entered into the pool area remained unlocked with full access for my entire five nights stay. There was an access code that was totally unnecessary because the gate opened freely without a need for using it

I had a great time visiting. The view was ok. I was kind of disappointed when the front desk clerk. Wouldn’t move me to a higher floor. I am in the navy. And I couldn’t really get a good view of the ocean on my birthday.

Perfect Beach View retreat!

We looked for a quiet weekend overlooking the Atlantic for a reasonable rate. We got what we were hoping for: a spacious room overlooking the beach and ocean (and pool deck and hottub). LOVED IT! Breakfast was less than minimal - but lots of places close by to have breakfast, but wouldn't count on that unless you love yogurt - didn't really matter to us. But that room - wow!

Facility was severely Outdated. The bathroom was horrendously dirty and smelled like cat urine! the mattress was very old and worn and sagged severe in the middle.the furniture in the lobby and in our room was badly stained and I would not use it.The staff at the front desk were pleasant and tried to be helpful. It was supposed to be a non-smoking facility, but people were smoking cigarettes/marijuana out on their balconies, so unable to use ours very much. The pool was decent , but the surrounding areas need paint, and cleaned and updated. Parking as good and secured. Breakfast included but very limited .
