The hotel staff and the cleanest of the rooms were excellent and greatly appreciated my only take away I had was when I booked the oceanfront rooms for myself and family I was totally expecting to be able to walk out on my balcony and have a full ocean front view of the ocean, listening to the waves and the sound of the water that was my greatest disappointment in this trip. There is no balconies at all beyond the first floor and even with that being said, I wasn’t even able to open a window just to hear the ocean so that was my only take away from this whole four day weekend here at the hotel so if you’re anything like me and you see the room says ocean front view and most of us know when you go to Daytona whien it says ocean front you get balcony unless it was just me who automatic assumed that it was going to be one

Very clean property. The cafe had great food at really reasonable prices. Wren the bartender at the Tiki Bar was fantastic. She was fast and very friendly and cocktails were spot on. The only negative, they said you would only have 1 cleaning day. However, we stayed from Friday to Monday and had no cleaning day.

What a wonderful place to stay. We came up for the race weekend and could not have been happier with this lovely resort. Very reasonable rates and a crazy good staff. Go see Cheryll at the Tiki bar and keep our seats warm!

Love the pool and beach right outside. There were no dressers, we had to live out of our suitcase. Ive asked for a certain room for months, didnt get it. Management was rude, spoke out and having an attitude. The room with the full kitchen was great. No balconies.

Where do I begin? From the first time walking into the Hotel the front desk made everything about us. We were treated like royalty! The staff was beyond friendly also security was beyond friendly. All of the staff worked daily and seemed like around the clock to make the facility look the way it did the entire trip. Clean! Well kept! Modern! I will be bringing my family back to this location next year!

We booked a 2 night stay in a 2 bedroom suite. From the pictures everything looked great and the property was exactly what we wanted. Upon arrival the check in process was easy except for the $250 hold that was not in the description, as well as the attempt to give you a time share presentation. The hotel has an amazing view of the beach but thay is where the magic stopped. Upon further inspection of our room there was black mold on the outside door handle. We called the front desk to have our room cleaned and we were told they dont do that. The property seemed to be an old hotel that exploria resorts slapped some paint on and called it good. The layout of the room was poor and the living room are was small. I Also overheard one of the employees tell another guest that they were charging them a $75 fee for an "excessively dirty room. Also called to have the trash picked up to which we were told they dont do that either. At checkout the lady at the front desk was rude and very short with conversation. She didnt even ask how was our stay which is why i am writing this review. We will not be staying here again due to our experience. For a total of about $700 for our 2 night stay we were hoping for a relaxing fun time but that is not what we recieved. Good luck to anyone staying here. If you are thinking about staying here.... DONT!!

Enjoyable Stay Close to the beach

Overall, my wife and I had an enjoyable stay at this property. The room was nice and clean. Two pools and easy access to the beach. Subtract one star for the lack of available luggage carts at check in.
