The bathroom and room condition was very poor. Hair is in the bathroom and on the pillow on the bed.. a bad odor about the room,The noise from the street was loud. The furniture in the room was damaged and outdated. Mattress was old and not updated for quite a while. We did not stay after finding these conditions we stayed at another Holiday Inn down the street, which was excellent.

The staff was great. I was pulling an 18 foot enclosed trailer with my f250 so parking was a concern. I was able to park across the street on the hotels property within view of our rooms front door. The hotel is right on the beach and has a heated pool and hot tub .

Got locked out of my room because the key card reader stopped working. Had to wait in the cold weather for the maintenance guy to finally come unlock it hours later. They give you a free drink coupon to use at the cafe, but the coffee is the worst coffee ive ever consumed in my entire life.

I stepped out to the pool area to enjoy the ocean sounds and relax on the start of my vacation only to hear grinding and pounding coming from a construction worker on one of the balconies. I spoke with the front desk and told them how disappointed I was as this was my vacation to relax and I wasn't informed that they were under construction. I later received a phone call from I assume management and they asked why I didn't request for them to stop the construction if it bothered me. I informed them I tried to deal with it but it was just nonstop and I didn't know it was an option that I can opt out of the construction! I think it's common sense that anybody that plans a vacation and goes to the pool doesn't want to hear grinding and pounding. I was told I would be compensated but I have not been contacted regarding any refund.

The rooms where magnificent, but the view and conditions of the hotel and recreational areas where very poor condition and not maintain. Staff was friendly, the gym door lock didn't work for the 5 days i stay , the pool and jakuzi were not in the best shape and the stairs hoing to the beach definitely not safe.!
