Not well advertised at all is the fact that the pool is closed. Hotel is over crowded, breakfast is a chaotic mess that the staff can’t keep up with, and a lobby too small to accommodate everyone. Room was dank and musty, there were no working controls for the AC, shampoo conditional and body wash were all empty. Gave up 4 towels for a room that sleeps six. No place to sit on ocean from room deck.

Great place to stay

Was surprised at the interior of the hotel, the room was excellent - 10th floor with a full ocean view. The pool and hot tub area was under repair from hurricane damage which was unfortunate. Great breakfast menu. Like the location of south Daytona shores, less hectic. Would stay there again.

The hotel is still under repair on the outside due to the hurricane ,so no pool or beach access , however there is beach access and washrooms in the adjacent parking lot . The staff are incredibly hospitable. They went above my expectations . I understand the not having a pool area , however they were working on it , and feel it will be completed soon. Rooms are a little dated , but spacious and clean . I definately would go back

I’ve stayed at worse hotels…

To start we were notified only a couple days before our arrival that the pool and hot tub were not available during our stay. Also the sliding door to the balcony was stuck shut unless you used a lot of force to open it. Apparently it has been that way for a while because the handle eventually broke while opening it. The room was ok besides the typical wear and tear, stained carpet and squealing shower head. The location was perfect for what we wanted and the view was great…

The staff at the hotel were excellent. Arriving, we noticed the pool was under repairs. The room was good but carpet and walls needed cleaning and or repair. The view was gorgeous, but had nothing to sit and enjoy. When asked if we could have some chairs for the balacony, the staff response was," You can go to Walmart and buy some". WHAT?? Plus their restaurant for evening dining was closed due to STAFF SHORTAGE. Breakfast was very good and the staff working were friendly and helpful. I would stay there when things get back in order.
