It had some pros and cons could have been better

Me and my family checked in Friday night and my room was hot and stuffy couldn’t get the air conditioning to cool off the room. Saturday morning went for the free breakfast and the staff was rude and not enough food. But for the price I paid I didn’t complain because it was right on the beach but it needs some upgrades. The carpet was filthy and the furniture was also dirty.

I paid for oceanfront room and was given a side ocean view room after waiting 2 hours after I checked in to get a room key. Dogs were allowed in common area (pool). The breakfast was mediocre and the servers were rude.

The service from the staff there was really good, but as for the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms. There was a lot of dirt, and the lack of maintenance in the refrigerators and ice machine made a difference. The ice machine also didn't work.

Given a room on a floor with poor AC. The room also didn’t have working Ac but they helped us solve the issue. The new room we were given didn’t have clean sheets, for instance the couch had stains.

We came for the second time this year, and it was a success just like the first trip. This time we also got to enjoy the trip by bringing our fury friend. The staff was always courteous and I appreciate that!

I wasn’t impressed with this hotel at all, I was not told the hotel was under renovation at the time of booking, I booked 2 rooms, I asked for one to be cleaned and it was never done, one room smelled like wet carpet that was molded, I called about it and I was told an overnight manager will come check it out nobody ever came up to check anything. The only thing about that place is they had some amazing staff that was about it. I won’t be booking here again or refer it to other people.

They need to change the furniture in the lobby are dirty and old, they don't have access door to the beach you have to go by the public street, they use the same elevator for maintenance employees with tools, clothes basket etc... They need a lot improvement

While staying at the hyatt, we noticed black mold on one of the lamp shades. Our balcony door would not open and we had to have a maintenance come up. There are no stairs to go up only to go down and there are two elevators that are very small. you're constantly waiting for an elevator. They only had two luggage carts for over a hundred rooms. The parking was very tight and difficult to get out.So if you have a big vehicle, I would suggest not going there. The room appeared to be dirty when we got there. There was still a bobby pin in the bathroom, half under the sink.Like they didn't clean properly. Asked for more towels since we had a family of 5 and there was only 2 in our room and yeah. when housekeeping came to clean our room, and we were told that they were in the laundry. Not only did we get a knot get new towels, which is understandable. But she took the ones we did have hanging up. We said something to the front desk again about towels, and they said they still didn't have any. We again, said something to housekeeping later that night about towels, and we were told that they had to take care of the guests checking in first, and then they would worry about us. We stayed 42 nights and never received any new towels. The bar did not have a menu and never looked like it was open. Most of the snacks were empty that were for sale, and it was just a very disorganized hotel. Would not recommend especially for the price.

Don’t bother with this place.

Very disappointing trip. Went away for a staycation weekend and wish we had just saved our money. Pool and beach access were out of commission and had been for about a year apparently which they hid in the small print. Staff was less than pleasant, however the lady at check-in was nice enough. Went down to the lobby to get a drink and coffee. When we asked about coffee the staff said the machine was broken. I asked if he was joking because he had a smirk on his face, and he smacked the machine a few times and said “not kidding, broken”. Breakfast the next morning was what you’d expect of a free breakfast. Overall I would not recommend this hotel.

I was very disappointed with the look condition and lack of professionalism at this hotel. My experience was ruined due to this hotel. It was dirty front from the front door. The lobby area looked on cap, dirty furniture. The staff was rude with the exception of Ryan, which was the only one that had any type of professionalism. The hallway on the ninth floor with my room was was extremely hot. The carpet was dirty. It smelled staff gave you gave you weird looks like I was bothering them for booking the hotel room there the room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty the pillows everything they have stains on the ceilings on the walls. Paint was peeling. I was almost scared to even stay, but I had no other option. We ended up checking out very early because I couldn’t bear and my family couldn’t bear to sleep there any longer I wish and I’m going to try to reach out to Expedia to request partial refund because what they portrayed on their website for the description of the hotel was not correct.

Hubiese querido darle 4 estrellas por la buena ubicación del Hotel sobre la playa, el desayuno y el accesible precio de la habitación, staff amigable y buen servicio, pero el hotel necesita renovación en algunas áreas, el aire acondicionado de la habitación estuvo fallando constantemente, las últimas dos noches prácticamente el aire no funcionaba la temperatura en la habitación subia a 87*F , el staff amablemente la última noche nos cambiaron de habitación cuando a la 1am no podíamos dormir debido al calor dentro de la habitación. No hay acceso a la playa atravez del area de la alberca, tu tienes que bricar las jardineras para acceder atravez de la rampa/escaleras del area contigua, el techo del area del comedor necesita renovación total. A excepción de lo anterior, la pasas bien en general! Gracias al excelente staff del Hotel!!
