The front desk staff Miley and Aaron were both so sweet. Miley had a lot of really good suggestions for dining and tourist sites. This was our first visit and it felt like home:)

The bed was good but the TV did not have smart capabilities- no Netflix or even casting to the TV. It was a basic room. Nothing fancy. The hotel was under renovation so there was a little noise and no amenities (restaurant) were available.

The front desk receptionist seemed annoyed and rude when I asked a question. The room and hallway smelled like cigarettes and moldy. The “ocean view” was almost all buildings and roads. Will not be returning.

Amazing stay in my favorite place. So cute, clean, quiet, pool was warm. Large space inside and out to visit. Beach only steps away. Want to stay here again. For my husband and I we had family who could visit. There was a small charge to enjoy the amenities. Bonus laundry room which was great since we were on an extended trip. Love it. People were so nice. Cigar Bar across the street. Couldn’t have been better.

This property is very well situated, and has ample parking spacious rooms with good views. My only issue this time was the strong smell of cleaner throughout the hotel, including our room. It was a little overbearing something that management might want to look into. That withstanding I would certainly stay again

Front desk person tried to make me look like an idiot because my door wouldn't open when using the key card when the light showed green. Without getting too long winded I've been to many hotels and I know how to use a key card. I shouldnt be told to put my shoulder into the door. After I went back to my room to try putting my shoulder into it I slid my card into the lock the green light out up and with a turn of the handle the door opened. The guy behind the counter could've easily just told me he was resetting the lock or the key card but instead he tried to make me look stupid. Wouldn't suggest.

We have stayed previously over the past several Thanksgivings. We took a room with a kitchen, no pots or pans to cooking with, no paper towels, we had no hot water for showers in both rooms we rented. Front desk staff on Friday night was miserable and annoyed with everyone checking in.

Use to be free self parking but now charged 10.00 a night to park. Took away coffee and muffins because of renovations. New furniture is uncomfortable. Employees were pleasant. Everyone gets a beach view which is nice.
