ICONIC Oceanview Unit ~ Completely renovated!

This beautiful 2 bedroom / 3 full bathroom condo is located inside the historic and iconic Peck Plaza.

Peck Plaza is a cylinder looking condo like something out of a Hollywood movie with a beautiful restaurant and bar that sits atop the 29th floor called the "Top Of Daytona" this condo has underwent $16,000,000 in renovations and now boasts pretty much brand new everything.

The condo itself is completely renovated and professionally designed. All new furnishings, kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, etc your vacation will be absolutely immaculate.

POV Tour:

As you walk into the condo you will see the dining room straight ahead and the full renovated kitchen outfitted for a chef to your left.

The kitchen has brand new white cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances as well as all of the kitchen amenities you could possibly need for vacation.

As you walk to the dining table to the left is the third bathroom as well as the gorgeous living room that as a wall of glass panel windows with expansive views of the ocean. In the living room is a 65" smart tv with cable as well as seating for the whole family.

Opposite the living room they're is a hallway that leads to bedrooms 1 and 2.

The master bedroom which is the furthest down the hall as a beautiful new king bed with all new furnishings to match, master closet, and the master bath is directly across the hall.

In the guest bedroom there is a beautiful new queen bed with a single day bed that also includes a trundle bed. This room is outfitted with all new furnishings as well and its bathroom is located directly across the hall as well.

In the hall is a full size washer and dryer as well.


AMENTIEIS:

The Peck Plaza amenities are second to none in Daytona Beach. Not only is this the only private residential condo with a nice restaurant/bar overlooking the ocean but it has a completely renovated community room, full fitness center, billiards room, ping pong room, a tennis court, a basketball court, a pool, and a spa! Not to mention its beachfront so you have your own beach ramp to walk down to the beach!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Minimum age: 25 (age of primary renter)

1. Being transparent as possible -- Instead of charging a high security deposit or having you pay a non-refundable fee to VRBO for their coverage (which is not enough coverage) we have sought out a higher limit 3rd party coverage for incidentals. Our cost is $145 and is marked as an admin fee. This covers you for the vast majority of incidental damage to the unit that could happen. This solves two things. 1. We do not have to collect a huge security deposit from you. 2. More importantly it solves the damage claim process which VRBO had traditionally made hosts "aim" their damage claim at the guest first seeking payment before they would step in and pay. We wanted to ensure every guest was covered for both minor an major "oops" without having to deal with the hassle and coverage limitations set forth by VRBO.

LATE CHECK IN FEE: This fee is charged for "after hours" arrivals. We pass the charge on to the guest.

KEYS OR KEY FOBS: If lost or damaged are $75 to replace.

We provided a starter kit of household items; A few trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper rolls, and one roll of paper towels. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.

CHECKOUT: is at 10:00 am

HOUSE RULES:

1. Smoking is NOT allowed at all inside the condominium or on the balconies. Caught doing either will result in a $500 fine. (Smoking can be done out front of the building)

2. You MUST follow the checkout instructions in the binder given to you prior to checking out of your unit.

3. Do not hang anything over the balcony railings.

4. Wash the sand off of you and your beach belongings prior to coming up to the unit.

5. Be kind, courteous, and respectful of all staff, owners, and other rental guests staying.

6. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.

7. The amenities such as the pool and fitness center cannot be used after 10pm. Breaking this rule can result in the condo association overruling me and asking a guest to leave.

8. Please do not do drugs or bring drugs into the unit. (This will result in an automatic termination of your stay).

9. Please do not take the towels or pillows with you. (Yes people do this)

10. If you break something please notify us right away you have damage insurance that protects us both.

11. One week before check in you will receive an email with all of your check in information as well as a couple documents to fill out.

12. You will be given a 15-20 minute tour upon arrival. This is so you know your way around the building and do not get lost.

13. You cannot have additional guests in the building or using the amenities that are not on your registration document. (This will get you removed from the building)

14. Parking is two spots. Both spots are on the outdoor top deck.

15. Checkout is 10am.

16. You will need to fill out a parking registration form as well as a standard short term lease agreement with us after booking prior to check in that will be sent via email.
