Everything from cleanliness to staff was very average. A comfortable nights sleep was not possible because the air condition unit rumbled when it turned on and was very loud. When the unit was not on you could hear water dripping onto the unit from the other until from the next floor up. Cigarette smoke started coming in from the ceiling vent in the bathroom so we had to turn on the fan to try and keep the smoke out. The bathroom vent fan was extremely loud even with the door shut. Between the bathroom fan and the air condition unit we were awakened all night. We finally gave up trying to sleep and got up at 5 am. There was nothing bad about the staff. It was kinda like the service you get at a gas station or library in appearance and service. We have been to many holiday inns in the past 30 years and this was just very average. We did not eat there breakfast so we have no review on that.

The beds and bedding we're great. Rm was very clean. It might have been recently Renovated. The décor was newer, very nice. There were no instructions on how to use the t. V, remote that was a little confusing.. front desk was on top of everything. Morning breakfast was good. Pool was sm an older. still was nice. The maid did a wonderful job.

Hotel was going under WiFi upgrades and we were not able to connect to cast mobile to the tv. Xavier and the staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was great and 24-7 coffee a plus…great perk!

Both entrances are used for smoking areas for both guests and employees, so have no choice but to walk thru the smell to get in. Which is gross period. Parked in back and people sitting in their vehicle smoking weed. Just not a good stay. Wouldnt stay here again.
