I wasn't happy with my stay; the room 305 was a connecting room and the lock on the connection was broken, I alerted front staff twice and they didn't offer to switch room but said the room would be kept free for my entire stay, on the second night it wasn't kept free. I was a woman sleeping alone and I didn't feel safe. At 4 am on the second night there was a delivery outside and the driver had a radio on which woke me. It felt like the windows were open, you can hear everything from the street. I tried to change my reservation from 3 days to 2 days, in plenty of time, the airline and rental car did change the reservation for me but Tin Lizzie would not. The breakfast was nice but the towels were awful, not at all soft. The bar at the casino serves awful white wine from a box. It wasn't an relaxing stay there, knowing that I slept in an unlocked door, it was unacceptable.

The room was very, very nice. It seemed so clean and tidy and modern love the remodeling love all of the machines at the Also, the breakfast bar was spotless. Lots of variety. Great staff working it just such a wonderful place. I love to leave housekeeping people a tip but they ask us to Venmo it and it wouldn’t work for me so I ended up not leaving them. A tip made me sad sorry.
