Central AC, hardwood floors, outdoor shower, deck, grill, large fenced in back yard includes yard games. Fully appointed and includes linens and towels. Full bathroom on the main floor and half bathroom upstairs. This sweet beach house is an easy walk to the beach and Sundae School, perfect for a family vacation!
