Overall the place was great. The only issue we had was flies in our room. Every time we killed one another one was there. Killed at least 10 and they were still flying around.

Check-in was pleasurable the person at the front counter was amazing and very very nice. The place was clean. However the pool needs to be acid washed and cleaned. We went down for breakfast and by the time we got there there was nothing left at 9:15 in the morning. And the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Our #1 BEST place to stay

We have stayed in hotels from Florida to Maryland and this Best Western is hands down, our favorite hotel. From the gentlemen at the front desk, to housekeeping....to the dining area, these Associates do an IMPECCABLE job. We stay there from Virginia, to visit my elderly Sister, and family....and will always ONLY stay there. Thank you!!

$140/night for a Monday night is too expensive... I don't know if the property is trying to make back money from renovations or if Maryland hotel taxes are too high, but that is a very high rate for a night compared to the value I received.

Room key just wouldn’t work…

The keycard for the room wasn’t working, so I had to go back down to the desk, leaving my girlfriend standing outside our room with all of our stuff. They “fixed” it. Still didn’t work, so I had to go back down. I finally asked them if they could just let us in the room for now while they figure this out. They agreed to do that, but then the woman started helping another person that had gotten there after me. She wanted to check to see that his keycard was working since mine wasn’t. Okay? Can you take care of the person with the actual problem first? So my girlfriend went down after we ate our food to get our card. Still wasn’t working. So I went BACK down, told them, and finally this time they were able to get it to work. But wait! Story’s not over! After breakfast the next morning, we went back up to our room, and it wasn’t working again! So we went down and they fixed it. I’m not sure what the issue was, but it got to be pretty annoying. The staff was helpful, but they weren’t very pleasant. They just didn’t really say much. They would take my card, do something with it behind the desk, and just hand it back to me, saying “It should work now”. Sometimes not even saying that. It was a fine enough stay, but this issue made it kind of annoying. Definitely wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

Great place

In our last three hotels we have stayed in, this one was by far the best. The breakfast looked good, but we already had plans to meet family. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. I am not sure what else you really need. It looks a lot nicer on the inside than the outside. The outside is just a bit dull.
