Welcome to this beautiful three story condo building located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Step right out your door and walk to the Beautiful Beach. You will have your own private beach that is never crowded like the other high rise condo’s in the area. And you will have two beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for your personal use each morning during the summer months. Take the elevator to this spacious second-floor unit featuring 1 bedroom with king size bed and 1 bath. You will have your own washer and dryer in the condo, free WIFI, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living/dining room offers a private balcony overlooking the shimmering Gulf of Mexico and your very own wet bar! Play in the beachfront heated pool and whirlpool or step out onto one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Destin Beaches. Free WiFi in public areas, a water park, and a hot tub are available. The condo includes amenities such as a kitchen and a washer/dryer.

Property personnel was very helpful during the entire stay. Condo was really nice and was ready for us to check in early the location was great and private beach was great the chairs and umbrellas were great. The only problem that I saw was the condo wasn’t as clean as I thought it would be or should have been 🤔

Seafarer 107

We just came home from an awesome long weekend away staying at Seafarer 107. This condo is a hidden gem among a multitude of huge high rises in Destin. Are you looking for a smaller condo complex, easy access to beach, and convenient parking? Then Seafarer is for you! We were so impressed with this complex! We loved the convenience and walking distance to Destin’s most popular restaurants, too! The condo was cozy we loved the balcony and the bed was super cozy! It was perfect for an empty nest couple get away. Hubby said we will return!

just what we expect expected

We would like to come back to this property and room specifically once a year lol. The weather and water was cooler than we expected so bring sweat pants and jackets for walks on the beach but also your swim suit for other days. The beach was great and walking distance to many things.

This condo was great. It is a smaller building that sits right on the beach and is 2 doors down from the Back Porch. It was very clean and quiet. Perfect getaway for the wide and I. We will be back!

Beach Bliss

We thoroughly enjoyed our 9 day stay at the Seafarer in Destin. The condo was just as described but better because we were there! Our unit’s decor was comfortable and clean and well suited for us. It had everything we needed and wanted, a beautiful view of a clean and beautiful beach and ocean as well as the necessities for us to cook and stay in when we wanted and settle in to watch TV in bed. BTW, the king sized bed was amazingly comfortable. We loved the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella daily, and they were so conveniently located, just a few steps out from our condo. The staff were so helpful too. Everyone from the maintenance man and beach staff to office staff and housekeeping were eager to be helpful. We thank you all for helping to make our stay everything we hoped!
