There is a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room with new full size washer and dryer. Each condo has it's own wifi router (not password protected), so speed is rarely an issue, and the complex features expanded cable service featuring hundreds of channels including many showtime channels. The luxurious Silver Beach Towers complex features special security features such as gated parking garage and fob secured building and amenity access. Rental includes 1 designated parking spot in garage and additional parking in the parking lot. The complex features gorgeous landscaping with two pools, two hot tubs, and a tennis court. There is a traffic light right at the entrance for easy access. Though in the heart of Destin, once you enter the complex you feel like you have entered a luxurious, quiet and serene oasis. When you enter the east entrance you find 2 elevators that service 3 condos on each floor. The other condos use other entrances/elevator lobbies. You almost never have to wait for an elevator or share with people you don't know. This building is secure. You must have a key fob to enter the building.
