Welcome to Jade East 0830, a beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the 8th floor, offering breathtaking Gulf-front views and modern beach-inspired decor. This spacious 1,300-square-foot retreat is perfect for families or groups, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a comfortable living area designed for relaxation, and a private balcony where you can soak in the sights and sounds of the Gulf. The Primary suite features a king bed, while the guest room offers two double beds, and there’s a convenient sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests.

Jade East offers incredible resort-style amenities, including a seasonally heated Gulf-front pool, a fitness center, community grills for family barbecues, and a tennis court for friendly matches. Complex beach access is just steps away, making it easy to spend your days enjoying the sugar-white sands and emerald waters.
Located in the heart of Destin, this condo is close to the area’s best shopping, dining, and attractions, ensuring something for everyone to enjoy. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful retreat or an adventure-filled getaway, Jade East 0830 delivers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Beautiful property in a great location

The property was beautiful and the location was great! I loved how close it was to everything we wanted to do! The only complaints I have would be the guest bathroom was not what I expected for such a nice property. The shower in the guest bath could use some updating it was outdated and had rust stains on the bottom of the tub. None of our kids wanted to shower in there so our family of six all took turns using the shower in the master suite (which btw was very nice and updated). Also, one of the blankets for the pull out couch had a stain on it that looked like blood so I would definitely replace that. Additionally, for the price, I was surprised it wasn’t stocked with more things like salt & pepper, dish soap etc. Most places we stay in this price range are stocked with those kind of things but this condo was not. However, they did have family games stored in the TV stand which was very much appreciated and our family enjoyed playing them! Overall, I would recommend this property and I would stay here again!

The pictures were accurate and the beds were comfy! The beach was perfect. Very kids friendly. The only thing I didn't like, and this was most of the condos in Destin, they did not provide sand toys, boogie boards or beach towels.

Comfortable Condo

The condo was very clean and had a great view of the ocean. The master bath has been updated very nicely. The condo comes with chair/umbrella service for 2, which is a big bonus. Elevators were fast and there were plenty of carts for loading luggage on check in/check out days.

The property was beautifully decorated and we enjoyed our stay. There were 2 situations that I contacted the property manager about by text. 1) the spin cycle on the washer was not working effectively on beach towels, thankfully we brought extra beach towels so that worked out. 2) Some person had vomited in the pool, I texted the property manager.

Paradise is written on the wall in the master suite. That is what it felt like. My family had the best time and made so many memories. I did not want to leave the views. The condo was so clean and organized. There was a place for everything. I would love to go back again and stay in this beautiful condo!

Great Beach front property for a 2 bedroom unit

The property is a home run. Right on the beach with tremendous views. The property is extremely well appointed, was very clean and the balcony is awesome. The living space is very comfortable. The contactless check in and check out worked flawlessly. We highly recommend this property.

Great views, well decorated, tons of comfy seating. Great set up for our little family. Unfortunately the cleanliness was lacking- sand in tubs, floors appeared unmopped, etc. The master bed could use some updating- very noisy headboard! Overall it was a good stay.
