The beach will be 170 yards from your vacation rental; it's private and gated, providing a secure environment and the perfect place to truly relax and worry about nothing but sunbathing. There are showers available for you to use; rinse off the sand before heading back to your condo. Dining options will be all around you; there's no need to stay in every day and cook for the entire group if you can treat them to delicious seafood restaurants. Less than four miles away is the Henderson Beach State Park, which boasts family-friendly swimming, pavilions, nature trails, and playgrounds for a memorable day outdoors. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
