This property was phenomenal VERY clean and stocked with all the necessities to cook with. The only thing I couldn’t find was a measuring cup. The floor didn’t leave your feet black or even had residual sand feeling on the floor. I will definitely stay here again as it was a a great vacation and I do not have anything negative to say about it.

Upon arrival, we found the sliding door to the balcony from the living area had gotten off track. Management resolved that problem quickly. The issues with the bedroom TV's, took a longer to get resolved, but they did fix the connectivity issues before we left. The place is right on the beach, easy to get to, great amenities on the property, parking great. Had luggage carts to get 4 adults luggage upstairs in one trip and shopping carts available for the same or shopping trips from car to room. It was comfortable and nice they included some starter packs for the dishwasher, hand washing and laundry. Pack extra toilet paper.

Wonderful location !! The place is so relaxing and the hues of blue T/O the condo just welcome you to the beach. Only one thing would be that we needed mixing bowls and 1 more wine glass. But that would not stop us from returning to this condo and place again!!!

Spring Break 2025

Family of three had a blast at Emerald Towers. Check in was a breeze...received code via text 2hrs before check in and the condo had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and Nader the main on property contact was awesome! This condo is perfectly located on Destin Beach. We had friends staying on both sides of us so meeting on the beach each day was easy! I'd definitely stay here again!

Great location. Beautiful condo. A little more expensive than most condos we stay in every year. Mostly clean. Kitchen needs some organizing and new silverware. There were 6 of us and only 4 forks. Utensils were just thrown in dirty drawers so we rewashed a lot. Master bathroom had no where to hang loofas or put our shampoo and body wash- was a little outdated tub. Overall we would stay again! Thank you

Average - room and furniture is dated, outside patio door doesn’t lock, plumbing fixtures are dated. Location of property is ideal, direct access to beach, center to all restaurants and activities. All beds only had a sheet on them - no blankets in the condo. Hodge pot of left over dishes, plates , bowls and cookware
