Got no sleep

Dog in the room next door barking all night, police called and commotion in the corridor so got hardly any sleep. Guy next door was banging on our connecting room door at 5am and desk didn’t answer phone. Front desk were not interested in resolving. Shame as nice hotel in good location.

The sliding door was old and needed replacing it was extremely hard to open to the balcony the room looked like it was missing an extra table could have used one had to place things on the floor and the TV was too small need to replace them and put a larger TV in the room

Really nice place. Only one issue. Some dog barking at 7:30 in the Morning inside the building. The owners left it unattended in their room (which is against policy), woke up my baby and the rest of my room for around 30-45 min. Other than that it was great and we will most likely stay there again.

Up All Night and Uncomfortable

This hotel should be renamed Party Inn of Destin or Party All Night Inn. It was so loud from all floors especially the bar that never closes. Unable to get any sleep until after 3am. The staff was aware of the nuisance and did nothing. We were denied a credit when we checked out early after 2 nights of sleeplessness. The beds were uncomfortable, which added to our discomfort. This was the first time we visited the area; however, we will likely not return and discontinue using hotels.com after 13 years. We contacted them regarding the hotel, and the results were less than satisfactory. We recommended removing this hotel from the website and discontinuing their contract so others won't be duped by the advertised attraction to this hotel. It will only bring disappointment.

I searched online for a hotel with a room with waterfront view and a dock for my boat. The hotel stated they had both. When I get to the hotel I'm told I can't park my boat on site and that I couldnt launch my boat at the hotel, and that I would need to go 2miles west to park the trailer for $40 and across the street from the trailer storage place to launch my boat for $30. PER DAY, what hotel advertises a boat dock but no launch or parking for the boat/trailer.....

Don’t bother staying here.

Floors in the room were absolutely filthy. I’d have clean feet out of the shower and turned black within minutes. Trash on the balcony including many dead bugs. TV never worked entire time there.

Television did not work the entire stay. The maintenance staff tried to fix it but they couldn’t. I feel like we should get some compensation for this lack of service. This is our third time staying here and have not experienced this lack of service before this stay.

So I was saying on the beach and decided I wanted to say another night, But didn’t want to pay the expensive rate so I found this place to be pretty cool, The view of the harbor nice and the lobby was cool too!! The only thing I would suggest that they do which it looks like they doing a little at a time is replace all the doors lol
