The condo was beautiful and the beach amazing. Our only complaint was that the balcony was not available to use. While work on the buildings was communicated as a possibility, confirmation of inaccessibility was sent a fee days prior. The balcony would have made the stay 10x better!

The very best week!

Our stay in 1604E was perfect!l It was clean, spacious, equipped with everything we needed, and had the cutest welcome boxes in the kitchen and each bathroom, filled with essentials. The view from our balcony was stunning - The best place to eat breakfast, read, and watch for dolphins! The location is walking distance to Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, ice cream shops, Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Walmart, go karts, mini golf, small carnival rides, and just a short Uber to the Harbor Boardwalk. We’ll be back!

Beautiful property, breathtaking views, did not want to leave. 5 starts. Very clean, well stocked and spacious. One bummer was the master bedroom was a dead zone for wifi, but other than that, we could not have asked for anything more during our stay.

Great location, clean condo with everything you need.

Stayed here for fall break with my husband, our 3 kids and my parents. Plenty of room, nice big doors leading to the balcony with amazing views of the ocean. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The pools were great, not too crowded and one of them was heated. The elevators were quick and the building overall was clean and the staff was friendly. Close to restaurants and shopping and the people at the chair hut were great too. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Our family of 5 met my mom and enjoyed a 4 day stay. The condo is as advertised and was so nice to stay in. The only thing I would advise renters of is that the fridge is turned off when cleaned and takes at least a day to cool again.

the property is great however the condo lacks a lot of easy items that would make the stay more friendly. there is no cooler so if your traveling you will need to stop and get one, No beach towels. We just used the towels for showers, and the strange one there is no shampoo provided so you will have to bring your own. Pretty basic amenity's in the unit for a beach destination in our opinion. besides that is was great.

Stunning Condo

Absolutely loved this place. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. We loved the oversized balcony with it’s amazing view of the ocean. The grounds were beautifully maintained, the pool temperature was perfect, and the beach set-up was a wonderful bonus. Property Management was helpful and kind. We would love to come back for our next trip to Destin.

This property was even better in person. We were completely comfortable, loved the location, and thought the beach service was excellent. Everything is well maintained and check in and check out was very easy. The condo has a great floor plans and well designed/decorated. Very modern, clean, and comfortable. Perfect Location

You can’t beat this view! My family and I had a great time during our stay in Destin. This condo had the perfect beach view we were looking for and it did not disappoint. The beach service was great on the days we were able to utilize it, but unfortunately on 2 of the days we had a beach service reserved they took down the chairs and umbrellas extremely early. The information we were given stated it would be available from 9am to 6pm. On these 2 days they removed our setup before 4pm. One of these days we hadn’t even gotten a chance to use our setup so was a waste of money. Other than that we had a great stay.

Great Vacay

The condo was exactly as published. We loved the condo, resort, and private beach. Will definitely visit again. The ease of being right there and the friendliest of staff was great. My only issue was water pressure in showers. Not sure if it was the specific condo and their shower head or resort as a whole but it was so low. Took forever to get shampoo out of all my daughters hair. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!!

We have stayed at several Florida locations. From condos to private homes in the beach and honestly this one is our favorite! We will be back! Condo was beautiful and clean and stocked well. The only thing was the toilet seat in the hall bathroom was loose… easy fix! Wish the water pressure was more powerful but realize that’s behind your control. Thank you for a beautiful enjoyable vacation. Our only regret is that it wasn’t longer.
