With an array of exciting on-site amenities, SunDestin Beach Resort offers a picture-perfect accommodation for your next beach vacation. This family-friendly condo features a newly renovated outdoor pool, a seasonally heated indoor pool, as well as an outdoor hot tub. Exercise in the fitness room, grab a souvenir or a coffee from the gift shop, or rent a complimentary DVD for a family movie night. The spacious conference room is the ideal accommodation for your next event or meeting. Additional seasonal amenities include an outdoor tiki bar, as well as beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee).



Upon entering SunDestin 603, you will feel right at home, while being able to experience breathtaking sixth-floor views of the Gulf of Mexico. To the left of the entrance, you will find the bedroom featuring a large mounted flat-screen television and comfortable bedding, along with direct entrance to the bathroom. A set of twin-sized bunk beds is nestled in the hallway, providing the perfect area for the kids to unwind.



Down the hall, the fully equipped kitchen with elegant black granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances provides the perfect space for making home-cooked meals or quick snacks to take down to the beach. The dining table seats four guests. Step into the spacious living room featuring a large mounted flat-screen television and DVD player, along with two comfortable couches, ideal for relaxing with your loved ones after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach.



Sweeping panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico welcome you from the living room and balcony, with seating for four. Sip on your morning coffee while listening to the tranquil sounds of the waves in the morning and experience an unforgettable view of the sun setting over the Gulf of Mexico in the evening. This lovely one-bedroom, sixth-floor vacation rental offers cozy sleeping options for up to six people with a large king bed in the master bedroom, a set of twin beds in the hallway, along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Room was switched, had a view of mainly the parking lot but what was worse was that it was a dark secluded area in construction. I never received any calls about this issue until I checked in at the property. It was chaos when it was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. The manager was never available. had I know this, I would have made other arrangements.

Great Location

We would stay in this unit again. We've been coming to the SunDestin for years, and we love it. This unit was a little drab and dated, but over all quite nice. It could be a lot better with some bright colors and updated furniture. That said it is still a great unit, and I wouldn't let that deter me from the unit. Pros: Clean. Bunks in the wall. Location. Cons: The patio furniture was inadequate. I had to log into work for a bit in the mornings an had to do it from inside because the tables outside were tiny cheap plastic. Looking at the other balconies, this one fell short.

Very dirty and outdated condo

This condos pictures were very deceiving. Stains on furniture, gross, outdated, not very clean. I would not stay here again I will say it had a nice view.

This property wasn’t terrible, but definitely had its flaws. The coffee pot didn’t work, and leaked all over the floor. There was no washer and dryer in the room. The internet and tv in the bedroom did not work. The wifi only worked towards the balcony and living room. You will have to wait atleast 15 min to get on the elevator.

View was incredible! Condo was clean but needed some updating. Has everything you need. Master bedroom was a little small to get around but we made it work. Overall a great deal for our family! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Would recommend!

The Property is Just OK

The unit is beat. That is the best way to describe it. It is old, outdated, and showing its age. The sink in the kitchen had a bucket under it to catch leaking water. There are rust stains in all of the bathrooms. The floor was not vacuumed after it was mopped and so it had sand on it when we walked in. The building and facilities are beat too. As long as you know this and understand it then you'll be fine. Everything worked and we enjoyed our time in Destin but we won't be staying at this property again. We expected it to be nicer for the money per night we paid.

You are paying for the view and location

The property is older and has been rehabbed to a point. Don't be fooled by the pictures online as the units appear to be bigger than they are. Remember and you will find that you are paying for the view and location on the beac and both are spectacular. It's because of that view that I didn't mind paying what I paid in the end. Also the gift shop has great coffee and pretty much anything else you need except a newspaper So that was very convenient. Also the staff are all very lovely.

Beautiful View of the Gulf of Mexico

The property was very clean and neat. The view was spectacular! I recommend this property if you love the beach. We saw dolphins swimming everyday!! Just a short walk to the Back Porch my favorite restaurant!! Overall it was GREAT!!!
