The cover plate on wall where the AC unit was plugged into the receptacle *was not there. That shouldn't be dismissed as a necessity, and the main light switch entering the room ..essecentially the "would be main light fixture for the room" doesn't exist, just an old switch with no function anymore. The only lighting was the bathroom light and the 2 end table lamps on the side of the headboard. I shouldn't have to leave a light on next to the bed so i can safely enter and exit the room. The renovation is so far wonderful but not yet completed, and still rooms are being rented out and it didn't seem proper or courteous.

Staff was great, bed was comfy, and the location was perfect. You can find anything you need just across the street. Only thing that was a hassle, was that the bathroom door was hard to close all of the way without making a super loud noise. It was rubbing on the newly remodeled flooring. Room 218. Otherwise, great place to stay!

Great stay in Perham

The room was clean and smelled clean. Beds were comfortable and staff was beyond responsive to requests. Front desk check in staff was great as well. Very friendly staff at this hotel.

This was a very nice place to stay and very conmvenient to Hwy. 10 for getting off and on. The room was very clean and comfortable with great wifi.

I like this hotel. It’s always clean and the staff is always friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was I was charged $50 per night for my dogs when Expedia said the amount they charged included everything
