The Space:
Our home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, a fully stocked and beautifully renovated kitchen, and not just 1 but 2 spacious entertainment spaces! Sleeping 14 guests comfortably, this home was created with large families in mind!
Featuring key-less entry, wifi, multiple Smart TVs, cable, private fenced-in backyard, and a close proximity to park lake, playground and baseball field.
Parking is no problem, with a driveway large enough for 4 to 5 vehicles.

Upon entering the home, via keyless entry, you'll step into our first open concept living room overlooking a beauitfully renovated kitchen/dinning space with plenty of seating. Bright and modern, this freshly remodeled kitchen features all white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Down the hall you will find Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 along with an updated full size bath.
Downstairs you'll enter our second living room, designed to be an entertainment space for game nights and quality time. This spacious room features a seperate living space with a queen size pullout bed, Smart TV with cable included, a card/game table, an upgraded kitchenette and the second full size bath. Off the living space is Bedroom 4 which also includes its very own Smart TV with cable included. Use the walkout basement door off the entertainment space to access your own private fenced-in backyard perfect for enojying the breeze while eating dinner on our patio table.

Guest Access:
Entry is by smart lock door code. Guests have access to the entire home. Access is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.

We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood next to park with lake, baseball field and playground making an ideal stay for families.
