Stayed overnight for a road trip. Staffs was friendly and check-in was quick. Pool and jacuzzi were great! Lobby and library areas were nice. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great with variety of options. We had a great stay!

Hotel is excellent , services is great, 4 days after we check out I found out my cell phone is loss, and I called the hotel, and Cindy has been great help to looks for my phone, I really appreciate all the help she did for me. plus all other service is wonderful too. definetly will go back next year when I going to NYC again, we go every year visiting family.

We paid nearly a lot for a room and it sounded like there was a waterfall in the walls. We got a little less than 4 hours sleep. The lady at the desk watched the video I took in our room and apologized for it and said I deserve a refund to contact Expedia. This was an issue that they knew about previously, she told me she had personally taken complaints on the noise in that room before. Expedia tried for a week to get ahold of comfort suites and they wouldn’t respond to their correspondence. In my opinion 1 star is too high of a rating for how this situation was handled! Unfortunately some business’ just don’t care about customers, they only care about the bottom line! Please don’t make the mistake of staying at this hotel.
