I arrived at the hotel at 23:30 and at check-in there was 300 pre payment taken. Room was only 250. I asked why and was told not to worry it was pre payment. When I went to check there was only 1 girl working and it was all to slow. When I asked when will the prepayment be returned I was told they only had taken 259
