The tv in our room was broken, went to the staff at front desk/check in and showed them the picture of the tv that was broken and that the condition was not suitable for a paying customer to have to use since there was red lines thru the LCD screen and and was had for me and kids to watch and all they did was make note of it to be corrected before the next customers used toom. Wasn't offered to correct the issue for me kida, was just left to deal with it. And then at check out showed the other staff and they also did nothing rectify the issue or make things right for our accommodations not being as should be for a paying customer.

This is my second stay, and it was perfect for work travel. Everything you need and nothing you don’t. The front desk is very accommodating with reasonable requests and the breakfast bar is great for the price of the stay.

Price reflects quality

Our family stayed for just one night and we really just needed a place to sleep. I’d say the price definitely reflects the quality. The hotel rooms are dated and were not super clean (cobwebs, mildew in places). The walls are paper thin and the location is next to a hospital, so we not only heard people walking but also helicopters coming in and going out all night. Not sure I would stay here again under the same conditions.

It’s not totally fancy. And could do with new mattresses… but the service was good and it was clean. This is my second time staying at this facility and wouldn’t mind doing it again in the future.

This place still promotes a casino shuttle yet there isnt one. Which i was told when we checked in. There breakfast is cold cereal and hard boiled eggs. The beds are rock hard and very uncomfortable. The one positive is the onsite bar. Food was pretty good and service was good.

I probably should’ve realized for the price of that hotel versus the others in the area that it was probably not going to be new. There really hasn’t been any work under the property. I’m guessing and since the hotel was built. The shower was old tile kind of dirty, the windows were aluminum and very cold, it was just outdated and old, but we weren’t in the room very long and we knew that, so we conceited an updated newer hotel room for price. I would, however never stay in this hotel again, and I would probably do a lot more investigative work on any days in hotels we might consider in the future.
