Property seemed a little run down, many weeds and dead bushes at entrance. Lobby area was tidy and staff that helped at check in was friendly. We had been traveling hours that day and we booked as they had a hot tub and pool, unfortunately the both where so green and cloudy we did not feel comfortable getting in them. The room was clean, but oddly arranged it was if there should have been another bed or maybe a sleeper sofa in the empty space, so there was no where to sit other than on the bed or at a desk. The bathroom needs a re-haul, there were no hooks to hang towels or a toiletry bag. The flooring in bathroom is "wood" many soft spots and peeling up. The cabinet door that held the microwave and mini-fridge was broken and made it hard to close/keep close. I liked that the hallways were brightly lit.

After we checked in we saw a sign in the door regarding hot water. Said to be patient they had limited hot water and were working on it. No hot water for showers at 5 am the next morning

The hotel rooms were fine - clean and maintained. The lobby was being updated so there was construction work going on. Reservations were incorrect and we had downgraded rooms from our written Expedia reservations. The hotel did upgrade 1 or 3 rooms to the level we paid for. Disappointed in Expedia and LaQuinta.

The shower was slippery in the handicap room. There was little hot water in the shower. No Dot Not Disturb sign. Not enough breakfast
