If I could give zero stars, that is what you’d be getting. There were two screws on the floor right outside of my bathroom that I stepped on with bare feet. There were spiders crawling on the walls and in the bathroom. The lock on my room looks like the door had been kicked in and the lock quickly replaced as it was hanging on by a screw (probably where the screws on the floor came from,) therefore I couldn’t even lock my door, as it wasn’t lining up. There was mold in the bathroom shower. The night we checked in, the two sliding doors leading into the lobby were propped wide open. (Probably how the spiders and whatever else got in). There were people loitering in the parking lot. Also in the parking lot, a guy was passed out in his vehicle with his legs hanging out the window. The room next door was a baseball team that sounded like they were having a party, there were kids running up and down the halls. I know this isn’t in the hotels control but still, not very pleasant after all day travels and just wanting to rest. All this was brought up to the front desk and they didn’t seem to care, never even apologized for the poor stay. I hardly ever leave reviews unless it’s extremely excellent service, or extremely poor service, because in the middle is what you’d just expect. But I felt a review was absolutely warranted to save anyone else from having an awful stay. Will not be staying here EVER again. If you’re on the fence about where to stay, pick the other place

We stayed there 6 days prior and that staff and room were much better. I only booked this room for the shuttle, it is the only hotel in the area with one. I verified about the shuttle multiple times including at check in, the guy who checked me in said we should take the shuttle when it starts at 630 and hed put us on the list. When we got down at 615 the girl at the desk said there was nothing written down and theyd try to get us a shuttle but it would probablybe at lwast half an hour... that was our only way to the aiport. Luckily, an employee was walking by at the time and later said he could take us. This was extremely stressful. I cant stress enough that this has assured that i will NEVER use a best western for the rest of my life.

We only stayed here because its the only hotel with a shuttle to the airport. It is EXTREMELY overpriced for what you get. The first nights stay wasn't terrible it was a bit cleaner but still just very old and dingy and not updated, they know they have a service no one else has so are coasting. This is a hotel worth 1/3 the price we paid. The staff was friendly though.

We stayed only one night on the way from Denver to Moab. We arrived late but the staff were there to check us in and were super helpful. They told us that the boiler on our side of the building was not working and so hot water might be an issue. They offered us a free refund and reward points, but we declined since we just wanted a place to sleep. The room is nothing fancy but very functional, although we couldn’t get the TV to work. Good quality beds. The free breakfast is very appreciated and honestly much better than I expected.

We were tired and a bit stressed after a swmi-long several hours. We were earlier than check-in time but called to see about checking in early. We were told we could but would be charged $30. The room was obviously ready and we had paid over $200+ already, we were taken aback. Of course we didn’t pay to come early. We’ve never had to pay for early entry anywhere else and won’t stay at this one again.
