Located in the historic Ocean Point Colony, this lovely 3BR/2BA rental is made up of two adjacent cottages nestled on beautiful Linekin Bay. Spectacular panoramic views abound on your private slice of Boothbay paradise -- complete with approximately 200’ of waterfront with a deepwater dock.

Enjoy a prime location, under 10 minutes from East Boothbay, for easy access to shops and restaurants.

LIVING AREA

In the main cottage, an open-concept living area filled with natural light is furnished with a sleeper sofa, two armchairs, and a wood-burning fireplace.

In the second cottage, cozy up on the sleeper sofa in front of the wood-burning fireplace and watch a movie on the 32” TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Each cottage offers a kitchen with all the appliances, gadgets, and cookware to create delicious meals.

When it’s time to eat, you will find a six-seat table in the main cottage, while the second cottage offers seating for four.

BED & BATH

The two cottages can sleep eight guests between the three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa.

The primary bedroom in the main house offers a queen bed and 32” TV. The second bedroom provides another comfy queen bed and desk, while the bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. A sleeper sofa is found in the living area.

In the second cottage, a third bedroom upstairs features a queen bed, armchair, and incredible bay views. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

A deck off the main cottage offers alfresco dining for four and two loungers, while a sundeck in between the cottages is furnished with seating for two. Enjoy morning coffee and the fresh breeze on the screened-in porch at the second cottage. Make use of the gas grill and host a cookout.

The cottages share an expansive, grassy yard. A path leads down to the dock, which provides a prime deepwater access point.

Complimentary Wi-Fi and parking for two vehicles in gravel parking areas found next to each cottage are provided.

Although the cottages are not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with Maine’s mild summer coastal weather.

LOCATION

Dine at Lobsterman’s Wharf, just 4 miles away. Drive 9 miles to the Maine State Aquarium, the Boothbay Railway Village, or the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens. For additional exploration, head 10 miles to the Burnt Island Lighthouse.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This cottage offers its guests barbecue grills and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
