Room was clean and outfitted, including a dishwasher. Staff wasn’t too bad. I wasn’t very happy with being able hear the entire conversations of the neighboring room, even though they weren’t being loud. The other thing that was an issue for me were no signs to stairs, there actually weren’t any signs to the elevator or to the rooms by numbers when you got off the elevator. Lastly, to actually charge an incidental fee then hold it for a week is ridiculous! I can’t say I’ll ever use this property again.

I stayed here multiple times in the past and I’ve always had a positive experience, and this time was nothing less. Our area was completely out of power, and I was able to get one of the last rooms available besides being overly booked, it did not take away from any of the superb service, cleanliness condition of the hotel was just renovated, and it looks fabulous. I was able to come to my with my dog and we were greeted immediately and showed to a room even though I showed up early before check-in. My room was spotlessly clean, fully stocked I was able to bring groceries from home that would have normally spoiled since we were out of power And cook dinner for my family. I love staying at this hotel, there are so many amenities that are so truly appreciated, the laundry room, the gym, the pool, the outside barbecue even though it’s winter we can’t use it. It’s so nice to see, the Office areas if I was planning to stay any longer I have more options to work from home. it’s just such a beautiful convenient hotel. There is even an outside area to walk my dog that is safe even though we are on a busy road. Breakfast was fabulous and I had everything I needed in my room to cook, make coffee, wash dishes the bathroom was spotless. Everything I needed was in the room. The only recommendation I would make is put bigger garbage pails in there, especially for longer stays thank you so much for an awesome experience. I will be back!

Very happy to have stayed in this hotel, the location was amazing everything was nearby. The room and the dining area was clean. Also the staff was very nice. If there were some things that I would change it would be that the TVs are not apple device friendly and I was unable to connect my phone to the tv to stream from my phone. Also the breakfast was delicious but it would be nice to have more choices. Lastly the kitchen in the room was amazing , it was very useful. I would definitely return.

We asked about our benefits as IHG Diamond Elite members and the attendant said we were entitled to an up grade and water but neither was given. She seemed unsure of how to execute the upgrades so we let it go.

Lobby was gutted so no breakfast! No other amenities. Even though “breakfast included” noted on your listing. When asked hotel clerk if local restaurant coupons were available or if room could be discounted, both were denied. We were extremely disappointed even though our suite was very nice.

Staff, amenities and the main areas of the hotel were under construction. It felt like a health hazard. This is the only hotel that asked for a waiver signature despite putting guests at risk for damages. Didn’t get to use the pool and they lied about breakfast being provided. We found out on arrival that breakfast was discontinued until further notice.

Well… There is a lot of construction going on which I was not aware of breakfast was canceled. No vending machines you had to get ice at the front desk. I got a kitchen, there’s no oven, utensils, drawers or pots or pans. We brought food and weren’t able to cook any of it. Staff was nice, but kind of not helpful with everything going on.

Our stay at the Staybridge was a mixed bag the room was very nice and had everything you could want. The property was unfortunately under construction when we went which we were able to look past. the breakfast is very nice but unfortunately ran out of coffee most mornings of our stay. But the biggest reason for the bad review is they still have not refunded the hold on the credit card after three weeks It is the holidays and now I’m worried about how I’m paying for thanksgiving.I was told by the hotel it was refunded in their system 4 days ago still no refund
