The overall cleanliness of room was acceptable except for stains on both sides of bedside chair cushion. The grounds and rooms could definately use some upgrades. Also a continental breakfast should be inclued for the room rates.

We came here with our family for a week at the Cape. We attended the room and it smelled like dirty mop water, there were balls of hair in the bathroom and the pool was milky and smelled like chemicals. We checked out the other property they manage and although the room didn't smell the neighbour and cleaning staff were yelling at eaxhother because they hadn't cleaned the room for days. My children were so upset and felt unsafe. We had to find another booking for the week. Also, we spoke with the desk clerk who indicated we would only have to pay for the night however they lied and didn't provide us a refund. NEVER STAY HERE.

The grounds were unkept, the air conditioning was smelly when running. The door was all scratched up, and the window screen was on the ground. The room looked clean, but the pillows were very old and should’ve been replaced. There was no water pressure in the shower and the water was cold.. We ended up leaving early and turning our keys in the night before.

Very convenient location. Very kind staff. Noisy, can hear everything through walls. Baseboards and shower curtain look like they’ve never been cleaned. Tried using the iron and it got black specs all over my white shirt, not sure if it was mold or not because there was still water in it when I went to use it. The pool was murky and much smaller than the photos made it look. Could be a great place if they fixed these problems!

The front office person was very pleasant and friendly. It sits back off Rte 6 so didn't notice road noise. Room was spacious.

Peaceful

Captains Quarters was very quiet and peaceful stay. I do think the pools condition could of been a bit better as it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned so we didn’t go In it but overall we enjoyed our 24hrs
