Front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful. Free cookies, coffee, and hot chocolate at the entrance, and the staff gave us two complimentary water bottles! The room was beautiful and clean, and the beds were very comfy. The bathroom was spotless and had dispensers for all the soap. There was a fridge and microwave for heating and storing food. Breakfast had plenty of options. We promptly made two more reservations and will be returning to this hotel later this month.

Staff was excellent. Breakfast, lots of choices. Room was clean, new, and spacious. The stay would have been 100% perfect, but, in my opinion... the indoor pool air temp and water temp were too cold to enjoy a nice swim.

TV channels were not working. Kept lagging like it didn't have enough internet bandwidth. Key cards were a mess...it would take 6-8 swipes at the the outside door as well as the room door to get it to actual open. A/C went out in the middle of the night.
