Bed bugs and dirty! Never return my refund

They bed bugs and was dirty! False advertisement. We checked in and immediately checked out not even 20 minutes of being there asked my refund. Told me it would be on my card 3 to 7 days still haven’t received my money back. Conveniently they don’t know when the manager is gonna come in every time I call, do not go to this hotel. Do not go there false their scams.!!!

Just the facts…beds were lumpy and small. I was there 3 days and housekeeping didn’t clean and I had to ask for towels everyday. Also key would stop working constantly. Upgrades are needed…badly!

ROACH MOTEL

DO NOT stay at this motel. This motel is disgusting. The beds are lumpy, the furniture is horrible and it has ROACHES. If it hadn't been so late I would've went to another hotel. False advertisement, hotel looks nothing like the pictures.

I have stayed at this facility multiple times over the years. And in the last 12 months the conditions have steadily declined. Shortly after check in I attempted to connect to the internet only to get a message stating there was no internet present. When I went to the front desk to ask about this the Clerk on duty told me, "everything in his office was working". And he it would be checked out. This obviously did not happen. The following morning I questioned the clerk about the internet and was told it was down and had been. So much for honest answers. For the last 3 days I have attempted to ask the Mgr. what the issue is with NO return calls.
