The staff especially the front staff are so great and accommodating. They changed my room as soon as I asked with no hesitation. The cleanliness of the rooms were a big problem. My first and second stay here were great but after this visit, I will not come back. The first room I received, there was fresh blood all over the carpet near the sink and bathroom area and the room smelled like moldy floor that had not been washed and dried properly. The following morning, staff were to friendly and changed my room. Second room has dead bug on the bed and once I had the air conditioning blasting to full speed because the room again smelled like moldy floor, there were small dead bugs coming out of the air conditioner and landing on my bed. I am unsure who approved the rooms as ready for customers but I dont think the cleaners care and more attention needs to be paid to these rooms.

The ac in my room was broken, but the staff in the front office gave us a new room with no problem. It was nice that they had a decent sized gym, the problem was that most of the machines were broken.

Pet friendly, pool, breakfast included

Good stay, relatively quiet, breakfast and coffee great, pool somewhat clean hot tub gross and property clean. Asking for extra pillow, soap, doggie waste bags and designated area for dogs to relieve themselves was odd reactions (asked different times for each request). No doggie waste bags and offered no alternatives so i asked housekeeping for their plastic bags. Asked for 1 extra pillow, Representative said if only if he has an extra pillow for you yeah. 2 adult 1 child on 1 king bed, not asking for a lot. Acted like an inconvenience. Had 1 bar of soap and asked for extra. Placed housekeeping request tag on doorhandle left and came back 6 hours later and tag was moved to numbers of room on door however no housekeeping was done so we had to request again and had to wait outside of room until housekeeping was finished. So overall it was good not great.
