The original room the gave us had a very bad smell. After inquiring about another room they gave us another one that had no soap, lotion, nor hand soap. The all of the dispensaries was empty and the front desk stated that they didn’t have a key to open to put more inside. The TV remote did not work at all. Had to get it changed and the other remote did not work either. great location exterior looks great, but bad choice

Staff and hotel very polite and clean, room smelled quite musty and was HOT when we checked in. Seemed to be doing some renovations and there was construction material everywhere outside, besides that it was GREAT!

Not a great experience

Not a great experience. We checked in and were informed that the elevator was not working and our room was on the 2nd floor. I'm a senior 70-years-old and had to drag suitcases up and down the stairs! Also our room had a bad musty smell. Construction by the pool too - very loud grinding and drilling sounds on the metal fence by the pool.
