"The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. My problem was with the breakfast staff and housekeeping. I was told bacon was only for omelets. They refused to give me some on the side. They even told me they didn't have any bacon. They had some for the person behind me. So I told her to give me some of hers. Housekeeping did not clean my room. I came back to the room after the concert and did not have a towel to wash my face. The front desk sent some up right away, but the worse thing was they had rough sheets and towels. Housekeeping placed a double bedsheets on a king size bed. It was way to small. Loud music played outside in the parking lot. I was on the 8th floor and I heard it. I had to call the front desk to complain. He sent the security guard to investigate and it stopped. I don't like to tell people how to do their job. I expect it to be done right. The hotel is old and in need of an interior paint job. The front desk staff were their saving grace."

"This was a very frustrating stay and not what I expected from a Hilton property. Our bathroom sink was leaking continuously underneath the vanity, to the point where we had to use towels and a bucket to catch the water for the entire stay. This made the bathroom difficult to use and felt unsanitary. This is a basic maintenance issue that should have been resolved before assigning the room. While the front desk staff were polite and provided towels and a bucket, the problem itself was never fixed, and we were not offered a room change as the hotel was fully booked. As a result, we had to deal with this inconvenience the entire time. I appreciate the staff’s effort, but this significantly impacted our stay. I would expect a hotel to either provide a functional room or offer a reasonable alternative. Given the circumstances, I believe a partial refund or compensation is appropriate and would expect management to address this."

"Hot tub was not available, everything was outdated in the room. Had giant roaches crawling around. The pool was FREEZING and not even swimable. For the price I paid, this was not worth it at all. I stay in a hotel in El Paso twice a year and this was definitely the worst one so far "
