Great place to stay!

Very welcoming and comfortable. Gary, at the front desk, was awesome, friendly, and even went the extra mile to ensure our rooms were next to each other. The rooms were clean and very comfy. Breakfast was delicious.

Average place to stay, centrally located!

The place was fine, just average. The employees were mostly pretty friendly. The breakfast was nice, and we appreciated being able to fill up before we headed out for the day. Our room had some issues, and we talked to the front desk about them, but they were just blown off. Our door lock was loose, and it did not feel secure when we locked it. There was a patched place on the bedroom door that looked like a punch. The King size bed was broken, and I had to sleep in the middle to keep from rolling off. We were here to visit Mammoth Cave and other places around the area. The location was great for the places we wanted to go.

Everything was fine except free breakfast. Hot food was always cold and the same items for our 3 days stay. The breakfast staff was not refilling items. We had to constantly ask for more.

Good…..But

Stayed 2 nights for a basketball tournament. Bed was by far the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. However…. They allow pets at this hotel and if you don’t want to be rudely waken up by a yapping dog early in the morning ask to be next to a room that will not be having pets. The dog literally barked for 30 minutes at 6:30 in the morning. Also the hotel cosmetically leaves little to desire but seriously the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. If was in the area again for a night I would start here (as long as I’m not near a room that will have a dog).
