Enjoy the firepit in the evening and stop counting calories when making a s’more or two because you're on vacation! This non pet-friendly, delightful cabin in the woods offers an unforgettable escape that is still close to shopping, dining and exploring our amazing North Georgia Mountains. The only thing missing is you!

DOGS ONLY Guests are responsible for any damages that result from pets. No pets on furniture or in hot tub. Any delays in housekeeping because of pet hair on furniture, Guests agree to pay an additional housekeeping fee of a minimum of $25 with a maximum of $250.00 . Any pet hair found in hot tub or filter will result in a minimum charge of $100. This fee is non refundable.

Tree Tops is a beautifully decorated one bedroom + Loft, one bath cabin that sleeps up to four (4) people and offers the following:

Queen bedroom on the main level with a 32" flat-screen TV

The living room has a wood-burning fireplace (a starter bundle provided Oct 1st - April 1st) with a 55" Flat-screen TV (Cable)

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:



Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave,, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide complimentary start-up supplies of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.



Required Fees include $105 Cleaning fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, guest service fee, and 15% lodging tax
