The property is outdated. The hotel itself wasn’t clean. Definitely will look for another place to stay next time I travel up north.

We had bedbugs-and had our room changed ( I captured one and took its picture and it was an exact match to google photos) and also the older original central heating was permanently turned off and there was a heater the size of a space heater installed in the wall and it was on “summer heat” which wasn’t very warm and when we went to the front desk the next morning to see if it could be switched to winter heat (the other option in the switch, they said no it can only be switched for the whole property and since it is September it is not winter, also when we mentioned the bedbug to the young woman, a different employee than the woman the night before who switched our room, she seemed shocked, I asked so the other lady didn’t tell you and she said no, then another employee stepped in and the 1st one said the room number and they looked at each other and no words, and then we knew they knew that it was a problem. The young man who took care of the breakfast was super nice and helpful

Outdated but fairly comfortable. The cigarette and smell of marijuana in a non smoking room was unfortunate. The ac unit was very loud.

Pretty good but could be better.

Breakfast was pretty good. Eggs bacon one day. Eggs sausage the next. Waffles. Apples. Yogurt. Juice. Coffee horrible. Couldn’t drink it. Room decent. Only vacuumed in middle though. Baseboard area pretty gross. Bathroom felt old and dirty. Bed was comfy. Bedspreads didn’t look clean. But down type comforter was nice. Tv good. Outside could use some attention. Glass etc.

Onsite restaurant not as advertised, breakfast was very disappointing - coffee cups were very small, bread for toast was dry and curled up and not replaced for the 4 days we were there-English muffins and waffles were good, eggs and sausage were barely warm, scrambled eggs were watery, bacon was inedible-extremely thin and was like trying to chew bacon flavored plastic, fruit was limited to apples except for one day there was a banana. We stayed 4 nights, and this was the worst breakfast layout we have ever encountered. The staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful, but seemed overwhelmed trying to cover everything by themselves.

Convenient to Highway but noisy

The location has easy access to highway but moderately noisy. It would be nice if written information about housekeeping & breakfast times was provided at check-in. Breakfast was good and the service & cleanliness was excellent!

The property is so-so looking to what I paid. The breakfast was average, they claim continental breakfast which doesn’t show up. There was no one at the reception when I checked out. I waited for the staff to come in for 10-20 mins, and here the lady tells me that I would get a receipt from Expedia and not from them which is bit-weird. Air conditioning is old fashioned apartment style, very hard to have exact control of temp. Some lights would not work in the room.
