The room was clean. The shower was never HOT - it was lukewarm at best. The body wash was pretty terrible - the hotel must go through a lot as it seemed like you needed much more than normal to feel clean/lather. Did not try the shampoo but I imagine it's the same. As well, it would be nice if there were vending machines or complimentary water. After a concert at the Warner Theatre about a mile away, nothing was open for beverages or food. I went to the front desk and the attendant was kind enough to provide a room temp water bottle when I asked for food/beverages as their "store" was closed inside the hotel.

Not very clean around the hotel property or in the actual room. I got a suite, paid extra for it, it didn't even have a door on the bedroom, very small bathroom, wouldn't stay again.

For a budget motel, this was perfect and exceeded my expectations! It looks like they recently did some updates which was nice. The staff was wonderful too. I'll stay here again if I am ever in Erie PA

I liked that the front desk was very kind and thoughtfull when checking IN and OUT, but my room was very very dirty , the kitchenette was useless and pots had food stuck to them , there was hair all over kitchen area itself, when walking up to the third floor in the hallways there was a literal kids Underwear on the floor. My kids feet were black after walking inside the room. Just overall not good.

Was updated, clean, service was great. Noisy area...sirens and trains all night long. Our room was next to the area of stairs and elevator so add that noise plus the door slamming all night. The welcome snacks were a nice surprise. Outside courtyard was also nice. None of the issues are a fault of the employees or building itself....its just one of those things. Based on cleanliness and hospitality i would definitely recommend however not if your looking for a quiet area.
