Charged $85 for incidentals but I never used or bought anything! Been 5 days and still not reimbursed. I called and was told I’d be reimbursed. This should not be allowed to happen.

I want to thank the staff for a wonderful night. We were from out of town and had to stay an extra night due to the snowstorm thanksgiving night. The staff were kind, friendly and funny. Making a stressful time so much easier. I’ll definitely be staying here next time I’m in Erie!

Quiet and comfortable

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff the first evening was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast should not be considered a buffet. Not much to choose from. They did offer coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24/7. I would most certainly stay again😊

This is the fourth time we’ve been at this hotel. After giving it a 4.5 originally I downgraded it last year because none of the workout equipment worked and the common area garbages were often overflowing. I’m so happy to say things have changed. There’s new equipment in the gym and the place was spotless. The only thing I’d advise is to change up the breakfast menu
