Our biggest complaint was the frigid a/c in our room during the day and then automatically turning down to a uncomfortable warmer temp at night making it too warm to sleep and the inability to control those temperatures ourselves!

Erie stay

The staff frequently said "I don't know" or gave excuses. One day my room was NOT serviced at all and I was not notified that this would occur. When service was provided some items may not be replaced. The 4th floor hallway never looked vacuumed during my 11 day stay. My room had the roof fan sound continuously in the bathroom.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Under staffed, but very friendly. Room was not ready when we arrived. Women at the counter kept complaining everytime we asked for extra towels or blankets. (Probably because they were under staffed.) Breakfast was good, better than most hotels we have stayed in. Hot eggs bacon, sausage, french toast, pancakes, cereal, bagels toast and muffins. Oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt juice, tea, Coffee, and hot chocolate. Very conveniently located near a ton of restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay there again.

Upon entering room, the first thing I noticed was the sheer curtain on one side literally had a HUGE rip/hole in it. No way should this have been left on window looking like this. Totally made my whole opinion of the room go straight downhill after seeing this first thing.

Inside- clean Outside- some garbage and weeds in the landscaping- but I’m not sleeping out there so it was a good bang for the buck
