This house was built in 2017 to the highest of standards and premium finishes. It is loaded with all the comforts of home. Relax your cares and worries away in the crisp mountain air overlooking some of the most famous peaks in the Front Range - Twin Sisters, Longs Peak, and Mount Meeker - on the expansive deck that stretches the full length of the house in front. You will find a large master suite off the common area that has a king bed, a 75" TV with premium sound, a sitting area, and a very nice 5-piece master bathroom including a large soaking tub and a separate shower. The master suite has a private door to the large deck.
Another bedroom off the common area has a queen bed and a TV. Down the hall is a 3rd bedroom with a bunk bed - twin over full with its own TV. In the hallway is a full bathroom with two sinks and a tub/shower combo. All TVs come with all the popular streaming services - Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, ESPN, & Hulu - all at no cost.
Also included is high-speed internet - fast enough for any needs. The kitchen is loaded with anything you could want to prepare and enjoy meals - including a grill on the deck. You will also find a Keurig coffee maker with 35 popular blends to wake you up in the morning.
There are two parking spots in the garage with at least a couple more out front. Complimentary use of the electric vehicle charger - a Tesla wall connector with 60 amps to give it the highest charge rate possible - adapter to charge any J1772 vehicle. All homes in this quiet neighborhood are on 1-acre lots providing lots of privacy. Because it's a quiet neighborhood, loud gatherings easily disrupt the neighbors and complaints will be made. Walking distance to the Estes Park 18-Hole Golf Course. Only minutes to downtown and Rocky Mountain National Park. 2 garage parking spots and at least 2 more outside. The house is located on a quiet neighborhood street just a few blocks off S St Vrain Ave.
Please be aware of the noise ordinance for the Town of Estes Park. From 10pm to 7am it must be quiet outside or complaints will be made and officers will respond. Other vacation rentals in neighborhoods like this one have caused problems and everyone is on high alert. If you are interested in howling at the moon, other properties are better suited for you.
