ROCKY MOUNTAIN CONDO! Welcome to Emerald Mountain at Mary's Lake- one of Estes Park's cozy rocky mountain condos! This well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom condo is great for couples or a small family looking to spend some downtime in the mountains. Minutes away from downtown Estes and right around the corner from Rocky Mountain National Park, Emerald Mountain condo provides the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views of beautiful Estes Park. The local wildlife will definitely make their presence known on occasion as well, offering fantastic photo opportunities to share with your friends and family back home. So, whether you are looking for adventure in the fresh mountain air or just simply want to relax in the heated pool (Available seasonally *subject to change per HOA*), this quaint little getaway will whisper to your soul.

The one-bedroom unit provides a master suite with a queen-sized bed, fireplace, and big screen TV with a full-size bathroom. It's as cozy as you can imagine! You will have free cable, internet service, and streaming with any of the smart TVs in the home. Emerald Mountain has a pullout queen sleeper sofa in the living room and can accommodate up to four people. The kitchen comes with a stove, microwave, mini fridge, and dishwasher.

Emerald Mountain is a great place to stay and an even better location to create memories! Mary's Lake is just steps away and calling your name for a picnic, a day of fishing, or a relaxing slumber in the afternoon sun. Not to mention, you will have access to the common area swimming pool available from Memorial Day to Labor Day *subject to change per HOA*. After a busy day of hiking or shopping, you can just come home and relax outside on the patio while you enjoy your beverage of choice. We only stayed for two days but really liked the unit. Very comfortable and clean. Well set up. Great location. Would have liked to check in a couple hours early as we arrived earlier than planned. Unit seemed ready to go through windows but Mgr would not allow entry. Seems there is no communication with cleaners.

The shower had mold where the wall meets the tub. The bed linens need to be replaced. They are pilled. The mattress and pillows were not the best quality. The unit overall seemed to be hot even with the ac turned down and running 24/7. Kitchen was nice. The space itself was a good size for 2 people and was beautiful outside. I just expected a little higher end quality inside.

Lovely stay in Estes

Everything about this room was great. The view, the loation. Close enough to town for all the activities, but far enough away to be very quiet and peaceful. Updated nicely with nice decor. My only complaint was the bathroom sinks drained slow. The left side stopped draining all the way on day 2. Called and maintainence and they responded very promptly. It didn't help much. I don't think there's a vent in the plumbing to let the drain breathe so it still drained slowly. Just have to run the water at a slower speed. This was not a deal breaker, just annoying. I still give this 5 stars and would definitely go back. Great place !!!!!!!

Property Needs Improvement

I feel like the price that I paid for this property it would have been a little nicer. I didn’t think the property was very clean. There were mold spots on the shower curtains and the curtains would not even close properly. The bathroom rug could use a good wash. There were water stains from a glass on the bathroom counter which tells me that your cleaning crew did not even wipe off the countertops. The very first towel that I used had several long black hairs on it. Also in all of my years of traveling I have never had to go buy my own toilet paper. I was appalled by this. They supplied one and a third rolls of toilet paper for two people for a six day stay. I was not that impressed. Jodi
