I contacted them prior to arriving because we were going to be late. They gave us instructions so we could get into our room anyway. The room was nice and clean. It had turned cold and the air was on cool. We could not get the heat on that evening. They did help us the next day. Maybe instructions on use of remote for heat should be done. Otherwise, great stay😊

Room was very small. Morning staff was not reliable or customer oriented. Would talk on phone pretending to be helping customer, but really on a personal call. One morning, worker said orange juice was unavailable because the machine needed to be cleaned, and then made himself breakfast and made a personal call on speaker rather than clean the machine. Bella was terrific (evening staff). Location is fantastic.

Great hotel! Close to downtown. Indoor and outdoor pool. Laundry. Super cute smores area at night. We unfortunately didn’t have the breakfast. Estes shuttle come here on the weekends.

Rooms and bathroom were very clean, fresh towels and cleaning provided daily. We stayed in 2BD unit, with separate BD rooms and living area. Two nice TV's and good internet access which I needed for work. Maybe provide extra mirror would be nice in a double BD. Great locatikn and proximity to downtown Estes Park and access to RMNP. I would stay here again.

Quaint little motel located close to downtown. They had a continental breakfast, rooms were cleaned daily, and they had the amenities needed. Jill was especially helpful and very personable. The only negative was that the carpet in our room was very dirty and needs cleaned badly. I would stay here again!

On check in the woman was very nice. The two men I asked questions to later were very put off ish. Didn’t know the rate and weren’t any help. Room was ok. It’s an old motel remodeled. Parking wasn’t great. I was there for wedding at another venue not too far away so it was ok. Probably check out another property if I go back to Estes Park. Love the area. Last thing was they gave me no receipt. Wouldn’t tell me how much I was charged!

This is a very nice room with simple amenities. If you want 5 star this isn’t for you, but if you want a nice place to sleep with all you need and close to town and hiking, it’s perfect!

The smores and popcorn were nice touchs but we would not have stayed in a motel style place had we known thats what it was- old, and didnt feel safe. The microwave and little fridge didnt work, no water pressure...nice people though
