We recently stayed at this resort for a wedding weekend, and while there were a few positives, overall, the experience didn’t justify the price tag.
Pros:
One of the highlights was being granted an early check-in, which was really helpful as we needed time to get ready for a wedding. The customer service team was friendly and responded quickly once we managed to get in touch with them. Additionally, the resort's location is very convenient—just a short distance from town, which made it easy to access shops, restaurants, and other local spots.
Cons:
We were notified that our room was ready early, which was great—except we weren’t given clear instructions on how to check in. There’s no front desk or on-site staff, so without reliable cell service in the area, figuring things out became unnecessarily stressful.
The room itself also left a bit to be desired. There was no ventilation fan in the bathroom—so we hope you really like your travel mates, because there’s nothing to help with bathroom odors or humidity after a shower. We also noticed some stains on the pillows—not the ones used for sleeping, thankfully, but still not something you expect at this price point.
Bottom Line:
The resort has potential, and the staff was pleasant once we were able to communicate with them. The proximity to town is a definite plus. But between the unclear check-in process, subpar room cleanliness, and small design oversights, the experience didn’t quite live up to the price.
